Overview

In this role you will support the Senior Creative Lead in delivering clean, professional presentations and a range of marketing materials. You join a fast-paced Creative Team within a boutique asset management firm, contributing to brand-aligned visuals for sales, events, and digital platforms. You will shape corporate communications and branded collateral with an emphasis on PowerPoint-driven output. The position offers room to grow within a well-established team and a warm, inclusive culture. You will be asked to bring initiative, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail to everyday design challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver design requests to deadlines and liaise with internal clients to clarify objectives
  • Create and amend presentations and documents to corporate standards
  • Collaborate with events, content, sales, digital, and HR teams on collateral
  • Produce branded material for events, papers, and digital assets
  • Explore new design ideas while reflecting the firm’s brand attributes
  • Manage the library of documents and ensure CI guidelines are followed
  • Develop or modify images, with some touching up in Photoshop

Key requirements

  • Minimum five years of design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising design, graphic design, digital design or related fields
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Strong presentation, typography and design skills
  • Excellent communicator with ability to translate ideas into practice
  • Experience with rebranding is beneficial
  • Flexible and capable of delivering high-quality design for a corporate audience, preferably in financial services
