Workplace Solutions – Client Relationship Manager (London, Leeds or Barcelona)

Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to named clients, managing post-sale relationships, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with implementations, operations and service desks to maximise value from the Workplace Solutions product. The role involves engaging multiple decision makers, expanding account value, and leveraging internal experts to optimise client outcomes. This is an opportunity to drive retention, cross-sell and scale customer success within a global corporate client base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients as assigned
• Build depth in relationship by engaging decision makers
• Manage the post-sales relationship for strategically significant accounts
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day and escalated issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction across named accounts through planning, proactive communications, issue remediation and performance measurement
• Meet targets for profitable sales volume and growth in assigned accounts
• Stay informed on industry information that could benefit clients and internal teams
• Build a network of share plans advisors and experts in the region

Key requirements

• Share Plan Experience is essential
• Experience in Relationship Management in global companies
• Proactive by nature with client advisory mindset
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build and nurture multi-level client relationships
• Ability to lead, develop creative solutions to complex problems and manage multiple initiatives
