Overview

In this role you partner with site leadership to steer financial performance and cost control across manufacturing sites. You will drive planning, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making and productivity initiatives. You’ll coach a regional finance team, align cross-functional stakeholders, and help embed strong financial controls. The position offers impact on site profitability within PepsiCo’s pep+ transformation and broader business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own period-end financial reporting and present results to central finance
  • Coach and develop the site finance team in India, prioritising tasks and managing day-to-day performance
  • Manage monthly site performance reporting to BU and ensure systems are updated
  • Partner with budget holders and site leadership to discuss financial priorities in the right forums
  • Lead the Site AOP build with inputs from Management Accountants and review with site finance managers
  • Participate in QCDM meetings to align cost KPIs with operational teams and provide coaching
  • Support Kaizen Leaders and Green Belts with project charters, savings calculations, and productivity tracking
  • Support GCS and SOX compliance; embed financial controls at site
  • Work with site finance managers to set the agenda for Projects & Productivity and deputise when needed
  • Act as link between site finance team and strategic financial management, escalating issues as appropriate

Key requirements

  • CIMA/ACCA qualified (or nearly qualified)
  • Manufacturing accounting experience
  • Business partnering experience
  • Development and coaching experience
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing (QCDM)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Drive for results and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to influence upwards to progress action plans and AOP
  • University degree in Economics or Finance
