Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex claimant PI matters, including high-value multi-track cases
• Handle fatal accident claims with focus on fatal RTAs and vulnerable individuals
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referrers; contribute to business development and profile-raising
• Supervise and mentor junior team members; contribute to wider team strategy and performance
• Collaborate with senior partners on strategic, high-impact cases and growth initiatives
• Support in client service delivery and technical excellence across cases

Key requirements

• 6+ PQE
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Significant PI experience, particularly in fatal RTA claims
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Ability to manage complex, high-value cases independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Proven interest or track record in business development
• Capable of supervising or mentoring junior colleagues (desirable)
