Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial property matters including development, investment, asset management
• Handle landlord and tenant work and funding matters
• Support a diverse client base including developers, occupiers and public sector organisations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality property solutions
• Contribute to client relationship management and business development in the Sheffield office

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 4–5 PQE in real estate
• Experience at a recognized commercial firm with strong property practice
• Proven track record in handling complex property transactions
