Senior Treasury Manager, EMEA

Overview

In this role you will manage treasury operations across the EMEA region, focusing on administration, cash management, FX hedging, intercompany loans and treasury transformation initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, Controllership and banking partners to ensure liquidity, strong controls and operational excellence. You’ll oversee regional treasury activities, drive process improvements and support automation to enable scalable treasury operations. This role offers impact through leading cross-border bank relationships, governance, and transformation programs that shape how the region funds and rationalises entities. Responsibilities

• Manage treasury administration across EMEA (bank accounts, KYC, mandates, signatories)
• Oversee cash management and liquidity activities, flagging cash flow risks
• Support and execute the EMEA FX hedging programme (exposure reviews, trade execution, reporting)
• Manage intercompany loans: documentation, settlements, reporting, compliance
• Lead treasury activities for legal entity rationalization and business transformation projects
• Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders
• Prepare treasury reporting, presentations, and project updates for senior leadership
• Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and support treasury automation initiatives

Key requirements

• 4+ years of corporate treasury experience
• Strong knowledge of cash management, treasury operations, FX hedging, banking administration, intercompany loans
• Experience managing KYC processes and bank account structures
• Proven project management experience, preferably in treasury or finance transformation
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ability to deliver senior-level presentations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous people management, leadership, or mentoring experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
