Overview
In this role you will shape and lead the cardiac electrophysiology and translational ion channel strategy across multiple drug discovery programs. You will bridge bench science with client-driven decision making, translating electrophysiology data into strategic programme directions. You will oversee laboratory science while guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring scientists to advance translational cardiac safety. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic vision with active bench involvement to push translational cardiovascular science forward.
