Overview

As an Associate on the SSM Team, you will help transform how the firm manages its key supplier relationships. You will support the delivery of the SSM operating model, maintain program infrastructure, and synthesize performance, spend and risk data for actionable insights. You’ll work with senior stakeholders across divisions to drive value, innovation, and risk mitigation while ensuring strategic alignment with partners. This is a hands-on role at the center of strategic procurement modernization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers to support program goals
• Provide program-wide reporting on supplier performance, risks, and value creation for senior leadership
• Maintain and promote the SSM operating model by updating templates and reporting frameworks
• Assist with training SSM professionals on playbook procedures
• Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities with partners
• Communicate insights and drive consensus across cross-functional teams
• Ensure consistent use of templates and playbooks across the program
• Highlight aggregate program trends to inform decision-making
• Support governance and risk management activities within the program

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–5 years in procurement, risk management, supply chain, or SRM roles; focus on process improvement and governance
