Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI transformation and prioritise high-value opportunities
• Advise senior stakeholders and translate AI opportunities into business outcomes
• Design AI-enabled products, agentic workflows and intelligent services
• Shape AI and data foundations including data platforms, semantic layers and data products
• Establish governance, security, and responsible AI practices at scale
• Drive business growth through proposals, bids, thought leadership and capability building
• Lead and develop high-performing teams and new AI capabilities

Key requirements

• Senior-level experience in Data, Analytics or AI transformation
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI-enabled automation
• Experience shaping AI architectures, data foundations, cloud platforms and governance
• Consulting or senior client-facing background; ability to engage executive stakeholders
• Strategic, commercial acumen with proposition development and bid leadership
• Track record of building and developing teams in evolving tech environments
