Key requirements

• Fully qualified Solicitor, CILEX lawyer or equivalent
• Solid knowledge and technical expertise of employment law
• Strong commercial awareness and practical problem-solving approach
• Experience working with lay and insurer clients
• Confident handling all aspects of employment litigation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
• Desirable: experience liaising with defendant insurer claims handlers
