Overview

As Strategy Partner to the CCO, you shape and steer the group’s commercial strategy in a fast-paced environment. You will translate strategic intent into clear communications for senior leaders and the board, and lead pivotal strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Strategy & Transformation team. You drive progress tracking, meeting readiness, and executive-level decision support, while growing a high-performing strategy group across markets. This role offers impact through shaping senior leadership decisions, transformation programs, and cross-functional collaboration at LEGO Group.

Responsibilities

  • Challenge and partner with the CCO to strengthen leadership decisions
  • Translate commercial strategy into clear communications for ELT and broader org
  • Prepare materials for ELT and Board input and decision-making
  • Ensure progress tracking and governance of strategic initiatives
  • Support CCO leadership team meetings with pre-reads and action logs
  • Build and grow a high-performing strategy team and talent pipeline
  • Collaborate across S&T LT, other Strategy Partners, and broader LEGO Group

Key requirements

  • Masters degree in Economics, Business Administration/Management or similar
  • Substantial experience from a top-tier management consultancy
  • FMCG and/or Retail experience in business development or strategy is a plus
  • Proven track record delivering strategic projects and initiatives
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to derive insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for ELT/BoD
  • Can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
