Overview
In this role you will join a top-tier Agriculture & Land division to represent high-net-worth clients in agricultural and land disputes. You will work within a collaborative litigation team on a diverse caseload, including property disputes, farm partnership issues, inheritance conflicts, and contractual or negligence claims. The position offers hybrid working and regional flexibility, with opportunities to connect across offices. You will shape outcomes for clients while supporting the firm’s mission to deliver focused, high-quality agricultural litigation services.

Responsibilities
- Handle property disputes (rights of way, boundaries)
- Manage farm partnership disagreements
- Resolve inheritance conflicts involving agricultural estates
- Advise on contractual and negligence claims
- Support a varied caseload independently and provide sharp legal insight
Key requirements
- At least 2 years PQE in property or agricultural litigation
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
