Overview

As a Human Resources Business Partner in a fixed-term role, you will partner with the WD HR team to deliver a seamless One JLL employee experience. You’ll activate global and regional HR policies, support hiring, onboarding, performance and career processes, and lead talent management cycles. You will collaborate with regional partners, use data to drive outcomes, and champion an inclusive culture. You’ll influence HR resources and processes with HR Product teams and manage ad hoc initiatives to improve the employee life cycle. This role sits in London on-site, with potential to extend beyond the contract.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with WD HR to deliver a consistent One JLL employee experience
  • Activate and facilitate HR policies, processes, and tools across moments that matter (hiring, onboarding, performance, promotion, transitions)
  • Lead talent management cycles (goal setting, talent reviews, succession, year-end reviews, compensation planning)
  • Collaborate with regional People Partners to reflect local HR requirements
  • Apply business acumen and HR expertise to anticipate opportunities or issues and design sustainable solutions
  • Foster an inclusive culture where diverse voices are valued
  • Co-create and deliver HR resources and experiences with HR Product teams
  • Lead ad hoc projects impacting business results and employee experiences
  • Work with Employee Relations to manage complex situations
  • Consult and coach stakeholders on people matters; support transitions and expansion of new business
  • Identify efficiencies in the employee lifecycle and coordinate with other People Solutions stakeholders
