Overview
In this role you will lead the Residential Conveyancing team in South Wales, driving high-quality client service and business growth. You will manage your own caseload while developing the team and implementing growth strategies in collaboration with senior leadership. You’ll build strong relationships with local estate agents and introducers and mentor junior members to enhance performance. The position combines hands-on conveyancing work with leadership, marketing, and office-wide initiatives to grow the Caerphilly office. Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the conveyancing team while managing a personal caseload of residential property matters
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership/equity
- Develop relationships with local estate agents, brokers, and introducers
- Drive marketing and business development to promote the Caerphilly office
- Mentor, supervise, and train junior team members
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement growth and performance strategies
Key requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong technical knowledge across the full range of residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and deliver consistent billings
- Experience supervising or managing a conveyancing team
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with local agents and introducers
