Senior Lettings & Sales Negotiator

Overview

In this role, you will manage sales and lettings for a portfolio in Prime Central London and drive office growth by meeting targets and ensuring SOP compliance. You will build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and agents while guiding applicants through viewings and the letting/sales process. You will provide market insights, conduct appraisals when needed, and negotiate offers to secure deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high service standards and stay compliant with current legislation. Responsibilities

• Register applicants on REAPIT and maintain regular contact with them
• Set up and accompany property viewings
• Source properties from other agents to broaden inventory
• Network and develop new business opportunities
• Ensure SOPs for lettings and sales are followed
• Provide information and feedback to landlords and tenants
• Conduct market appraisals when required
• Liaise with clients with ongoing feedback throughout marketing and letting/sales process
• Negotiate offers and produce relevant paperwork
• Ensure references, cleared funds, contracts and compliance before move-in
• Cover for other staff during holidays

Key requirements

• proven property sales or lettings experience in Prime Central London
• excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills
• strong team player and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• IT literate and comfortable with databases and relevant software
• experience with local area lettings market (desirable)
