In this role you will join a leading procurement litigation team to handle high-profile disputes across public and private sectors. You will advise on procurement challenges, support High Court litigation, and help manage risk for clients ranging from government bodies to major corporates. Responsibilities

• Advise on procurement disputes, challenges and risk management
• Assist with High Court litigation and other complex dispute resolution
• Support clients across sectors including infrastructure, technology, transport, construction and healthcare
• Draft pleadings, advice notes and other key legal documents
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

Key requirements

• Newly qualified up to 3 years’ PQE
• Experience in commercial litigation
• Keen interest in procurement law
