Overview

In this role you will provide senior employment law guidance to HR and senior managers across the EMEA footprint, helping to steer disputes, investigations, and regulatory initiatives. You will work within the Employment Law Group to support cross-functional teams and influence HR policy, watch for risk, and drive strategic projects. You will lead or contribute to complex advisory work, corporate transactions, and remuneration design efforts. Responsibilities

  • Advising HR colleagues and senior managers across the EMEA on a broad range of employment matters
  • Managing employment-related disputes in tribunals and courts, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel
  • Providing guidance on internal investigations, including those with regulatory dimensions
  • Leading or contributing to strategic projects (corporate transactions, reorganizations, reward/benefit design, regulatory reform and remediation)
  • Advising on compensation and benefits matters, including pay reporting obligations and policy considerations

Key requirements

  • 10+ PQE
  • Strong track record in employment law advisory and dispute management/resolution
  • Experience in private practice and/or in-house
  • Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse business groups
  • Ability to work in a dispersed, collaborative Legal team
  • Highly motivated, proactive, able to respond calmly and creatively in a fast-paced environment
