Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Defence) – Real Estate

Overview

In this role you will support large-scale defence capital projects within our Nottingham Real Estate delivery portfolio. You will work with a cross-functional team to manage design activities, risk and change, across RIBA stages. The role offers exposure to a growing defence framework and opportunities to develop delivery expertise within a supportive, collaborative environment. You help drive project outcomes that align with client needs and our sector ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day design team management at delivery level
• Own core project management tasks across all RIBA work stages
• Support large-scale defence contracts within the Defence Sector Portfolio
• Facilitate programme, risk and change management
• Coordinate with design disciplines and resource planning
• Ensure client care and clear communication with stakeholders

Key requirements

• Proven track record on large-scale defence projects across multiple RIBA stages
• Experience leading design management or post-contract activities
• Experience supporting design teams or resource management
• SC level Security Clearance
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and using Common Data Environments
