Overview

You will lead a large new build residential project in West London, guiding delivery from demolition to completion of circa 70 affordable homes. The role focuses on RC frame construction within a sustainable, value-driven program. You’ll manage on-site teams, coordinate early-stage works like piling, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery within a reputable contractor setting. This is an opportunity to shape a key residential scheme and contribute to sustainable urban regeneration.

Pay / Benefits

• salary 55,000 – 60,000 + package

Responsibilities

• oversee the project from inception through to completion
• manage RC frame construction and associated works
• coordinate piling and demolition activities
• lead and motivate full site teams and subcontractors
• ensure site safety, quality, and programme adherence
• maintain site records and communication with stakeholders
• drive delivery within budget and project milestones

Key requirements

• track record delivering new build residential schemes from inception to completion
• RC frame experience
• strong man management skills and leadership capability
• First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS certifications
• ability to coordinate multiple trade contractors and maintain programme
• good construction knowledge and problem-solving on site
