Analyst/Associate – Real Estate Asset Management

Overview

In this role, you will own investments across the UK and Europe, working with senior investment professionals and operating partners. You will focus on asset strategy, value creation, leasing, capex and business plans, and financial planning to drive portfolio performance. You will participate in Investment Committee discussions and provide senior-level reporting. This is an opportunity for a 2–4 year real estate professional to grow within an institutional setting, leveraging strong modelling skills. Responsibilities

• Asset strategy and value creation for the portfolio
• Leasing, capex and business plan execution
• Financial modelling, budgets and cash flow management
• Portfolio performance monitoring and valuations
• Support for Investment Committee and senior reporting
• Collaboration with senior investment professionals and operating partners

Key requirements

• Real estate investment, asset management, acquisitions or portfolio management experience within an institutional platform, REPE fund, REIT or investment manager
• Strong Excel/modelling skills and exposure to value-add real estate
• Multi-asset class experience including Operational Real Estate is advantageous
