Overview
In this role you will contribute to real estate equity research by drafting thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, and results analyses under senior guidance. You work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to institutional investors and internal clients. You will build and maintain company models and databases, broadening your exposure to industry topics. This position offers mentorship, growth, and a tangible impact on investment decisions in a collaborative, market-facing environment. You will help shape research and industry presentations that support client decisions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to writing research reports, including thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry/company presentations
- Communicate with institutional investors, company representatives, internal clients (Sales, Sector Specialists & Trading), and other stakeholders
- Create, maintain, and update company models and databases
- Collaborate with Senior Analysts and team members to deliver impactful research
- Stock Coverage alongside the Senior Analysts
- Stay abreast of sector and industry developments
Key requirements
- Experience in Research or Banking (Industry, ECM, M&A)
- Passion for markets, stocks, and investing
- Strong analytical, accounting, and quantitative skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and external clients
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Ability to produce accurate and detailed materials
- Strong time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
