Overview
As a Continuous Improvement and Training Manager, you will lead the rollout of the Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) strategy across the plant, embedding a culture of continuous improvement. You will drive TPM pillars, develop training programs, and coach teams to reduce losses and unlock performance. You’ll work with plant leadership to expand TPM capabilities, analyze data, and ensure governance and impact across the network. This role offers meaningful scope to shape operations, elevate leadership practices, and champion lean transformation in a global food manufacturing context.
Responsibilities
- Drive TPM rollout and Lean Six Sigma capability across the plant
- Lead TPM pillar execution (AM, FI, PM, EIM, People Pillar, Continuous Improvement)
- Conduct zero loss analyses and track results across the network
- Utilize Power BI analytics to interpret capacity and losses (TEEP/OEE)
- Develop and implement TPM standards and capability-building programs
- Monitor adherence to TPM processes and target outcomes; address gaps via training and coaching
- Provide planning, facilitation, and governance for loss-elimination plans (daily/weekly/90-day)
- Develop business charters for line expansion and model Rich Experience to associates and customers
Key requirements
- 3+ years progressive technical manufacturing experience
- Strong leadership and change-management capability
- Ability to influence leadership in complex environments
- ADKAR-based organizational change leadership, project management, governance skills
- Coaching, facilitation, and teambuilding skills
- Power BI analytics experience
- Desirable: SAP, MLO, SightBase, Wonderware, Yield data familiarity; Six Sigma/Lean certifications
