Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex residential matters
• Handle deeds of grant, covenants, easements and assignments
• Draft declarations of trust and set up residential leases
• Advise on equity release and Building Safety Act matters
• Deliver a high-quality, client-focused service

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical expertise across complex transactions
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
