Overview
In this role you will drive reliability and maintenance improvements for a food processing site in Hull. You will apply RCM, PdM, PM and RCA to reduce defects and improve asset availability, collaborating with technical and operational teams. You’ll oversee maintenance and asset replacement initiatives while ensuring alignment with reliability best practices. This is an opportunity to shape maintenance strategies in a large, international food enterprise and contribute to sustainable, efficient operations.

Responsibilities
- Implement reliability excellence activities and identify value opportunities
- Develop and install predictive and preventative maintenance programs and technologies
- Prepare technical reviews for projects and define reliable equipment specifications
- Lead maintenance and reliability projects, including asset improvements and equipment replacements
- Identify bad actors and optimize equipment availability
- Collaborate to guide maintenance repairs and determine critical spares
- Solve moderately complex issues independently with escalation as needed
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience in heavy industrial processing preferred
- Solid knowledge of reliability tools and maintenance process management
- Project management experience and ability to run complex tests and analyses
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies
