Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle new build transactions
• Oversee shared ownership matters
• Work on high net worth residential transactions
• Perform title checks and reporting
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Provide excellent client care throughout each transaction

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 0-3 years PQE (or equivalent experience in residential property)
• Experience handling residential conveyancing matters
• Strong client care skills with a professional and personable approach
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
• Comfortable using digital conveyancing tools and case management systems
