Overview

In this role you will grow BrewDog’s market value share in the On Trade by expanding core Headliners through new distribution and strategic account management. You will build and maintain strong relationships with On Premise venues, operators, and regional distributors, while planning territory and budgets to drive vertical growth. You will lead staff education, negotiate partnerships, and analyse performance to identify growth drivers. This is a field-based, cross-functional role that combines hands-on account work with strategic planning to shape BrewDog’s presence in Scotland.

Responsibilities

  • Grow On Premise distribution and target new accounts
  • Build relationships with key venues and RTM partners
  • Plan and manage territory and budget for On Premise
  • Negotiate partnership agreements with operators to drive sales
  • Educate staff through beer schools and tastings to ensure brand understanding and pricing
  • Review volume and initiatives with partner venues weekly/monthly
  • Analyse territory and accounts to identify business drivers
  • Coordinate with marketing on brand activation in accounts
  • Ensure quality delivery of BrewDog beer to customers
  • Maintain right activation items in accounts
  • Field-based role covering Scotland
