Construction Project Manager

Overview

In this role you lead a flagship residential scheme in Coventry, coordinating a team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and cross-functional partners to ensure excellent site presentation and client satisfaction. You drive planning, oversight, and handover of 200+ unit schemes, shaping processes for a growing, collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Chair, attend and min-minute meetings with internal teams, external contractors, design teams, and relevant parties
• Maintain high site presentation to maximise sales potential
• Plan and monitor project progress and develop team members
• Manage residential housing projects (200+ units) from inception to handover
• Report to Contracts Manager and lead a team of Senior Site Managers, Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Finishing Foreman
• Deliver projects on time and to budget while maintaining strong client relationships

Key requirements

• Experience in a similar role managing teams and delivering high-quality traditional residential schemes
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion and handover
• Experience with residential housing projects and site management
• Ability to chair and coordinate meetings with multiple stakeholders
• Strong planning, monitoring, and leadership capabilities
