In this role you will join a Bristol-based Residential Development & New Homes team to handle complex property work for lenders, developers and investors. You will work on development, finance and investment matters within a collaborative, growth‑minded firm. You’ll shape case strategy, mentor juniors and help expand the team’s client network. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload across residential development, bridging finance, refinances, title splitting, plot sales, and related agreements
• Act for lenders, developers and investors in the residential real estate space
• Provide technical advice with minimal supervision and maintain high drafting standards
• Support junior team members and contribute to leadership initiatives
• Build and nurture client relationships and expand the firm’s network
• Contribute to business development through events, publications and sector engagement

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 5+ years PQE
• Strong background in residential development and complex conveyancing
• Excellent drafting, organisational and client-handling skills
• Confidence managing files independently and mentoring others
