Sales Recruiter, EMEA

Overview

As a Sales Recruiter in London, you will own the full cycle from sourcing to close for regional sales roles, partnering with Sales leadership to scale our Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Leadership teams. You’ll creatively source passive candidates, manage candidate experience, and present Verkada’s value proposition to top talent. You will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate interviews, and drive recruiting events while navigating a fast-growing, multi-market environment. This role offers a direct hand in expanding our sales function across EMEA and impacting Verkada’s growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for sales roles (Mid-Market, Enterprise & Leadership)
• Source passive sales candidates strategically and creatively
• Partner with Sales teams to generate candidate referrals
• Develop relationships with Sales leadership to collaborate during hiring
• Deliver compelling presentations about Verkada and the Sales Org to candidates
• Provide excellent candidate experience and act as internal partner to stakeholders
• Coordinate interview scheduling with Recruitment Coordinators
• Track candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse)
• Plan and execute sales recruiting events (some travel)

Key requirements

• 4-6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency and internal)
• Proven track record of closing top-tier sales talent
• Experience supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams
• Languages: additional languages are a plus
• Strong collaboration and influencing abilities
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and can manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel to host events
• Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS
