As an Employment Lawyer, you will support a wide client base with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will lead client relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development. Your work will span high-profile restructures, tribunal claims, and sensitive workplace investigations, aligning with the firm’s reputation for excellence. This role sits in a collaborative Employment team in Birmingham, delivering high-quality, commercially aware advice. Responsibilities

  • Advise on redundancies, discipline, grievances, TUPE, absence management, and Settlement Agreements
  • Represent clients in Employment Tribunal claims and higher court proceedings
  • Lead client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Mentor and develop junior lawyers; support team growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless, high-quality service
  • Contribute to high-profile cases and complex unemployment-related matters
  • Support clients through sensitive workplace investigations
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives and cross-team collaboration
