Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in insurance and personal injury matters across litigation, arbitration and ADR
• Handle coverage and interpretation issues, liability claims, subrogated recoveries and both claimant and defendant PI work
• Assist with contractual issues linked to insurance disputes and wider civil litigation where required
• Progress cases through the litigation process while exploring all appropriate ADR routes
• Manage client relationships, take instructions and ensure compliance procedures are followed
• Contribute to team marketing and profile raising initiatives

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with strong litigation experience (approx. 1-4 PQE)
• Experience in insurance disputes and/or personal injury matters is highly desirable
• Excellent technical ability with confidence to manage and progress files independently
• Strong communication skills and a client focused approach
• Commercial awareness, enthusiasm and a proactive mindset
