Senior Technical Coordinator – Residential – Essex

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical aspects across RC frame residential projects
• Liaise with design, engineering and EA works teams
• Manage site-related technical reviews and approvals
• Assist with technical due diligence for land acquisitions
• Travel to site locations to support land and project needs
• Deliver projects on time and within budget
• Contribute to coordinating between public and private sector developments

Key requirements

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management/Architectural Technology/Engineering or similar
• Residential RC frame experience essential
• 3–5 years in a coordination role
• Technical, design and building construction knowledge
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
