Overview
Join Figma’s developer tools team to advance Dev Mode and related features that accelerate frontend development and improve design-to-code collaboration. You will work with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact tools that keep designers and engineers in sync, reduce mundane tasks, and scale AI-powered capabilities. Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Dev Mode and related developer-tools products
- Develop new developer-tools initiatives within the space
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to deliver high-quality products
- Mentor peers and be mentored by senior colleagues across engineering, product, and design
- Contribute to shaping Figma’s culture through strong team relationships
Key requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer
- Fluency with React and TypeScript
- Experience communicating and working across functions to drive solutions
