Responsibilities

• Advise on public law, health law and regulatory issues
• Conduct and defend judicial review proceedings
• Draft pre-action letters, pleadings and court documents
• Assist clients with information law matters (FOIA, DPA, EIR)
• Counsel healthcare and life sciences organisations on regulatory challenges

Key requirements

• Experience in public law, regulatory law or healthcare matters
• Experience with NHS organisations, government bodies, regulators or public sector clients is advantageous
