Immediate Site Manager – Residential – Buckinghamshire

Overview

As Site Manager in Buckinghamshire, you will lead the delivery of luxury residential townhouses from inception to completion on a fast-paced developer site. You will work closely with Senior Site/Project Managers to coordinate on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule alignment. This role offers progression across a strong pipeline of Buckinghamshire developments and other projects. You will contribute to shaping high-end homes while maintaining robust on-site leadership and delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• oversee on-site activities from start to handover for luxury townhouses
• coordinate with Senior Site/Project Managers and project teams
• ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance on site
• manage day-to-day site operations and problem-solving to keep builds on track
• contribute to handovers and project close-out
• support development of upcoming Buckinghamshire projects

Key requirements

• experience with residential developers on traditional build schemes
• valid CSCS Card
• SMSTS
