Overview

In this role you will act as the primary HRBP for EMEA and, globally, for Finance, Legal, and HR. You partner with regional managers and global leadership to translate business needs into people strategy, focusing on proactive problem-solving and people outcomes. You will help shape talent, org design, and compliance, while using people data to guide decisions. Expect cross-functional collaboration and a hands-on approach in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HRBP for all EMEA-based employees and managers, overseeing employee relations, performance management, org design, and local policy/compliance.
  • Act as the global HRBP for Finance, Legal, and HR, aligning headcount planning and talent strategy with business goals.
  • Advise managers on performance, promotions, and compensation decisions and coach through difficult employee relations conversations.
  • Lead or support workforce planning, org design, and change management in EMEA and globally for the three functions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans and role scoping for EMEA and the three global functions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law across operating countries and flag risks early.
  • Utilize people data to identify trends and insights on attrition, engagement, and promotion velocity for leadership.
  • Champion a consistent, fair employee experience across regions and adapt global programs to local contexts.

Key requirements

  • 6+ years of HRBP or generalist HR experience with direct partnership to senior leaders.
  • Working knowledge of UK and broader EMEA employment law and HR compliance.
  • Working knowledge of US labour laws and employee relations issues.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholder groups or functions simultaneously.
  • Strong judgment on employee relations with a track record of early issue resolution.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building processes where none exist yet.
