Overview

As a Senior Site Manager you will lead on-site delivery for a 6m timber-frame residential project (33 units) in South London, joining an established main contractor with a long-standing reputation. You will work within a project-focused team to ensure safe, quality-driven delivery from start to finish, leveraging a strong track record in new build timber-frame schemes. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, logistics, and site safety to meet program and budget, while maintaining client satisfaction and quality standards. This role offers exposure to a mix of sectors through a pipeline of future projects and a stable, reputable contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery for a 6m timber-frame residential project (33 units) in South London
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics to meet program milestones
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance in line with project requirements
• Develop and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships
• Manage on-site risk, change management, and cost control
• Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and company policies
• Liaise with project teams to ensure timely information flow and issue resolution
• Report progress to senior stakeholders and support handover to operations
