Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of corporate matters and transactions
• Involvement in corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and disposals
• Deal with joint ventures, management buy-outs/ buy-ins
• Business transfers and restructurings
• PE & VC investments

Key requirements

• at least 3 years PQE
