Overview
In this role you manage a portfolio of UK and US tax compliance and advisory work within a well-established cross-border tax team. You will guide the delivery to Partners/Directors, ensure quality, and contribute to people development by coaching junior staff. The firm blends deep technical depth with a personal, mid-sized firm culture and flexible working. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to support relocations and cross-jurisdiction tax matters while expanding your own technical involvement.

Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio covering UK and US tax compliance and advisory matters
- Prepare, review and file UK and US tax returns
- Coordinate assignments through Partner/Director review ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Delegate tasks to junior team members and review their output
- Develop junior staff and build confidence in UK/US tax
- Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues and senior team members
- Utilize UK and US tax software to support delivery
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality personal service within a specialist team
Key requirements
- Dual-qualification: Enrolled Agent and ATT
- Experience preparing, reviewing and filing UK and US tax returns
- Comfort with client management and coaching junior staff
- Proficiency with UK and US tax software
- Strong communication skills with clients and team
- Experience handling relocations and cross-jurisdiction tax matters
- Ability to deliver work to a high standard in a collaborative environment
