Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Incident Response

Overview

In this role you will lead Arm’s global cybersecurity incident response function within the Enterprise Security group, guiding a multi-region team across the US, UK and India. You will steer high-priority incidents, coordinate investigations with partners and law enforcement, and drive readiness through playbooks and exercises. You will mentor the team, deliver clear communications to technical and executive audiences, and contribute to broader Cyber Defence Operations. This is a chance to strengthen Arm’s resilience against evolving cyber threats at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead Arm’s global incident response function across regions
• Manage high-priority and complex incidents with cross-business partnerships
• Coordinate incident response activities and communications for stakeholders and leadership
• Grow and develop the Incident Response team through coaching and training
• Develop and maintain incident response runbooks, playbooks, and SOPs
• Support readiness through planning, exercises, and testing
• Lead post-incident reviews including root cause analysis and lessons learned
• Provide IR insight to Detection Engineering, Threat Hunting, and other CDO capabilities

Key requirements

• Hands-on technical incident response experience transitioning into leadership
• Experience leading major cyber incidents including incident command and stakeholder coordination
• Deep knowledge of cyber threat landscape and tailored major-incident response
• Solid understanding of IR processes and familiarity with EDR, SIEM, forensics, and case management tools
