Business Development Director – Public Sector Data Analytics

Overview

In this role you will drive Ipsos Data Labs growth by spotting new opportunities in the public sector data space, shaping bid strategy, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals. You will build and leverage a robust network across public sector data stakeholders and ensure internal resources align to client needs. You will influence capability development and maintain a strategic view of service lines to deliver high-quality evidence and insight.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new public sector data opportunities through market research
• Lead and coordinate proposal development and responses to RFPs
• Create and optimize internal bid processes for efficiency
• Develop and maintain a wide network of public sector contacts
• Develop deep understanding of Ipsos Data Labs service lines to strengthen proposals
• Advise on internal capability needs to address emerging trends and client needs
