Overview

As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Hines, you will support a global compensation program for 4,500+ employees, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with regional HR partners to evaluate jobs, model incentives, and guide offers, while driving data-driven market pricing and reporting. Your work will enhance compensation governance across Europe and support HR systems, analytics, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Administer global compensation programs (salary reviews, short- and long-term incentives)
  • Audit and ensure integrity of compensation data in HRIS and related systems
  • Lead market data analysis from surveys to assess trends by region/industry
  • Partner with regional HRBP and Talent Acquisition to evaluate jobs and guide offers
  • Market-price positions and educate partners on compensation practices
  • Provide reconciled data for HR dashboards and leadership reporting
  • Support HR system integrations and data interfaces testing and issue resolution
  • Align people data across HR, compensation, benefits and payroll for downstream reporting
  • Support development and communication of compensation guidelines and updates
  • Participate in projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency

Key requirements

  • Bachelor in Human Resources (or related analytical discipline) with 3–4 years of analytical experience in compensation/finance
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices and financial principles
  • Experience with executive compensation or incentive plan modelling is preferred
  • Proficient in Workday, Workday Reporting and PowerBI
  • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, modelling) and strong MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and high performance standards
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with strong customer service orientation and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Workday experience preferred or knowledge of compensation software like Willis Towers Watson is a plus
