Debugger Software Engineer

Overview

In this role you will contribute to the development of our Java and C++ based debugging tools for embedded devices powering mobile, games, Android, Linux, and AI workloads. You’ll work within an Agile team to transform requirements into features for our Arm Debugger within Development Studio and DSTREAM debug probes. You will shape the software lifecycle from design to deployment, delivering high-quality tooling that accelerates silicon and software integration. Responsibilities

• Develop and extend Java and C++ tooling within an Agile team
• Contribute to design, implementation, and deployment of new features
• Develop firmware for DSTREAM high-performance debug probes
• Clarify requirements with technology managers and translate them into workable solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust debugging tools

Key requirements

• Proficient in Java and/or C++ programming
