Responsibilities

• Lead complex finance transactions from inception to completion
• Advise lenders and borrowers on new lending, refinancings and restructurings
• Handle real estate, acquisition, development, project and corporate lending matters
• Draft and negotiate finance documents and security packages
• Coordinate transaction workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Support domestic and cross-border transactions
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
• Contribute to business development and practice growth

Key requirements

• 7+ years’ PQE in Banking & Finance
• Proven track record leading and managing complex finance transactions
• Experience advising lenders, borrowers, investors or financial institutions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
