Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolio and oversee year-end financial and management accounts
• Conduct cash flows and business plans, and ad hoc business advisory work
• Handle general practice tasks and project work for diverse clients
• Ensure budgets, deadlines, and fee realization are met
• Mentor and develop junior staff; escalate as needed
• Maintain strong client liaison and cross-functional collaboration
• Support partner and senior management in growth initiatives

Key requirements

• ACCA/CA finalist or newly/recently qualified CA/ACCA by experience
• experience in UK accountancy practice
• proficiency with cloud accounts packages (Sage1 and Xero)
