Overview
In this Finance Analyst role within the Group Finance team, you will support the delivery of financial forecasts, budgets and the business plan while producing insightful variance analysis. You will develop and review financial information and KPIs, and create a cohesive reporting suite that spans financial and non-financial metrics. You’ll collaborate with Finance Leadership, Central and Regional teams, and the BI function to continuously enhance forecasting and management reporting. This high-visibility role offers exposure to senior leadership and a path to shape strategic financial decisions. Responsibilities
- Delivery of financial forecasts, budgets and business plan updates
- Variance analysis of performance, budgets and forecasts
- Production and analytical review of financial information and KPIs
- Development of a reporting suite covering financial and non-financial metrics
- Collaboration with Finance Leadership, Central/Regional Finance Teams and BI to improve forecasting and management reporting
Key requirements
- Part Qualified or Qualified in CIMA/ACCA
- Advanced Excel and IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
