D365 Adoption Learning & Development Consultant

Overview

In this role you drive the learning and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the Sales organisation, enabling colleagues to embed new ways of working. You’ll act as the D365 SME, collaborating with IT, Sales Enablement and stakeholders to weave D365 into onboarding, academies and capability programs. You’ll design blended learning and measure adoption impact to boost productivity and business outcomes. This is a mission-driven role in a collaborative, growth-focused L&D team.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the D365 learning and adoption strategy aligned to sales objectives
• Lead D365 capability and adoption as L&D SME, creating learning solutions that drive usage and behavior change
• Partner with Sales, IT, Sales Enablement and stakeholders to embed D365 across onboarding and leadership development
• Develop and evolve blended learning programs, adoption campaigns, manager toolkits and support resources
• Measure adoption impact using feedback and data; provide recommendations to improve capability and outcomes

Key requirements

• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions for large-scale change and enterprise system adoption, preferably D365
• Strong learning design, content creation and facilitation, with blended learning methods
• Ability to engage and upskill Sales/Sales Support, translating complex processes into practical learning
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management to influence across teams
• Curious, proactive, continuous improvement mindset; experience with digital adoption platforms and relevant certifications (advantageous)
