Family Lawyer, Exeter/Taunton

In this role you will handle private family law caseloads within a respected law firm’s family department. You will contribute as a fee earner while building and strengthening client relationships, collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities

• Manage private family law caseloads including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and children matters
• Develop and maintain client relationships and act as a competent fee earner within the team
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality family law services and support the firm’s clients

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent
