Overview

In this role you will develop and deliver integrated 360 communications to bring Arla’s corporate narrative to life, support business priorities, and engage colleagues across the UK. You will lead UK colleague communications and partner with global teams to align activity and share best practices. You will create multimedia content and use AI-enabled tools to enhance storytelling, while embedding Feed Life and Arla’s visual identity. This position combines advisory work with hands-on content creation to strengthen reputation and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver integrated communications campaigns across internal communications, media relations, public affairs, farmer-owner communications and corporate reputation activity; support issues management, corporate announcements and strategic projects
  • Lead the delivery of UK colleague communications and employee engagement activities, including Town Halls, Share the News, leadership communications and colleague campaigns, while delivering selected global projects
  • Create multimedia content across articles, video, podcasts, presentations, social media and leadership communications; translate complex topics into clear, engaging stories; use Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools
  • Lead the integration of Feed Life and champion consistent use of Arla’s Corporate Visual Identity and communications standards through storytelling, campaigns and leader communications
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, agency partners and colleagues across UK, ASC and Global teams to provide communications advisory, maintain messaging consistency, drive alignment and share best practice

Key requirements

  • Experience developing and delivering integrated communications across multiple channels and audiences
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills; ability to produce engaging multimedia content
  • Comfort advising senior stakeholders, shaping clear narratives in a fast-paced, matrix organisation
  • Strong collaboration, judgement and attention to detail; ability to balance UK priorities with global alignment
