Overview

Senior opportunity to lead a Commercial Property department in a Surrey practice. You will head the non-contentious real estate work, manage your own caseload, and drive the department’s growth with marketing support. You’ll supervise junior lawyers and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality landlord/tenant, leasehold/freehold, and development transactions. Responsibilities

• Head up the Commercial Property department
• Manage own caseload from instruction to conclusion

Key requirements

• 8+ PQE
• minimum eight years’ experience in Commercial Property matters
• experience in Landlord and Tenant, Leasehold and Freehold transactions, Land Acquisition and Developments
